About The Foundation
The Not Alone Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta and dedicated to providing, transportation assistance, financial assistance, educational and medical resources for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients and their families. Our foundation educates, inspires and uplifts, working endlessly to assist in the global epidemic.
We also support interconnected health initiatives such as diabetes and high blood pressure awareness, children with disabilities, cardiovascular & pulmonary initiatives, culinary services & support, auxiliary patient support and cancer research.
The Not Alone Foundation, Inc., is committed to engaging in patient advocacy and patient health and wellness in enhancing the quality of life for patients who suffer from our disease mission
